Now, I can sleep 7.5 sometimes and 6 sometimes, and still feel alert. This tiredness, that I sometimes feel after waking up, always goes away after breakfast.</description>

I think that 7.5 hour of monophasic sleep is superior to your scheme, though..

Oh, and by the way - the best way to have good, regular sleeping cycles is to do physical activity, specifical aerobic activity.</description>
