					<description>Devin, thanks for the support. If it continues like this, I will never stop sleeping this way. I've slept a total of 4.5+1.5 hours twice in a row now, and I still feel alert and refreshed.</description>

					<description>The funny thing though: the more and more I did it, the more exact the 90 minute nap became. As I took naps on a road trip this summer (3 or 4 months into biphasic sleep) I would always wake up almost exactly 90 minutes after I got in the car (like, after lunch or something). I think the more you do it, the more your body will sync up, too. :-)</description>
