Daemon Tools: File not “accessable”
I got this error when trying to mount a (legal, copyright-less) CUE file:
DAEMON tools
Unable to mount image. File not accessable
The file did not seem to be accessible. It was simple to resolve: the corresponding BIN-file had the same name, but in a different case: File.bin instead of file.cue.

Cue files can generally not be illegal (due to their content), beacause the information they contain is far to trivial.
And also, with daemon tools you needn’t care about the cue file at all, as daemon tools can mount .bin files directly (though you have to change the filter in the file choosing dialog to show all files).

tobbez, sorry — I meant that its BIN-cohort was legal.

I had a similar issue. Both files where the same name, but I got the same error nontheless. But just mounting the .bin itself fixed it.

Thx, helped me too. Had to mount the .bin directly.

Fixed it for me too. Just clicked show all files and mounted the .BIN directly. Thanks.

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help..?
I have an ISO file that will not be mounted though demon tools.. just comes up with a message “unable to mount : file inaccessible”..
I have read similar stories on other forums but the problem has always been that it wasnt an ISO file to begin with and needed changing.. however in this case it is an ISO that refuses to cooperate..
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
