I’ve just been using WhosOn to monitor my websites and noticed someone from Michigan accessed one of my sites via the following URL:-

https://www.google.com/evaluation/search/rating/task-edit?task=45788849

Again, no access to the page was possible.

I wonder if the task ID is relevant to my site? Are they manually adjusting or balancing the results through new algo’s ???

Ashish: Apparently, it's also known as Google Eval and Rater Google Hub. You might found more through googling.

Great find! The URL doesn’t match anything else i’ve seen before about eval.google.com and we now have a different approach to seek more info about the infamous Evaluation projects on Google’s secret labs. Hope you can enlighten us with more data soon enough.
